One day, a fight happened between the two then young boys. After some years, the five boys, Gopal and Laxman 1 Madhav, Laxman 2 and Lucky however, gets reunited when they get the news of Jamnadas death. Returns to Orphanage after 25 Years.
Then they return to the orphanage after 25 years to attend an event, finding that nothing much has changed. In the old Bungalow, the five meet Anna Matthew, and Pappi Johnny Lever , another orphan from the orphanage they also meet with Damini Parineeti Chopra who is the bungalow caretaker as introduced by Anna.
Anna was thinking that how the boys can see Damini. Then in a scene, boys get possessed by a ghost that talks in Nana Patekar voice.
This scares Gopal, so Anna suggests they stay in Colonel house. The five of them fight daily in the colonel house. The boys push Gopal, who has fallen for Damini, to express his love to her.
But then Pappi tells them that the girl who they thought was Damini is actually and the real Damini is alive and is Pappi girlfriend. They all get scared but then Anna stops them and reveals that the ghost is of their own Khushi, their childhood friend.
Khushi then tells her tale that how she had met a young businessman, Nikhil Neil Nitin Mukesh , about his conspiracy of obtaining the orphanage in his name to construct a site for his personal gain. Khushi asks Anna to help her as a spirit. After hearing all this, the boys plan to scare Vasu into confessing the truth but they get failed to do so as Nikhil came back Khushi then attacks Nikhil and almost kills him but Anna calms her down and Vasu Reddy convinces Nikhil to confess.
At last, the orphanage is saved and Khushi ghost departs happily to heaven by saying goodbye to the boys. In the climax scene of Golmaal Again, there is a fight sequence where Nikhil strangled Khushi to death.
It has been stated by the critics that Golmaal Again is a marginally better film than Golmaal 3 or Golmaal Returns but the film was too long.
